• Items must be returned within 7 days of delivery
• Products must be unopened and in original packaging
• Sale items are non-refundable

How to Return

1. Email us at americanbeautyshop1@gmail.com with your order number
2. We will confirm eligibility within 24 hours
3. Drop off at our Bazaar Plaza store or arrange courier pickup

Refunds

Approved refunds are processed within 3–5 business days via the original payment method (M-PESA / card).
